SCCOE Special Education Continuum of Services Survey
Posted 1/16/19

The Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) is inviting parents, foster parents or guardians of students with disabilities, public and charter school staff, educators, home school services providers, community members, agency providers, and other interested parties to participate in a survey examining the continuum of services for Students with Disabilities through March 1, 2019.

This survey available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, is part of a larger study on the continuum of services for students with disabilities and the SCCOE Special Education Task Force which was assembled to review the services available for students with disabilities from birth to adult education in Santa Clara County.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will review principles of inclusive practices, supports and professional development, accountability, collaboration among parents and educators, and parent and community involvement. The survey will remain anonymous and will only be used in an aggregated format.   Survey Link in English   Survey in Spanish Survey in Vietnamese
